Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 3 cups white bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Mix together water, olive oil, sugar, salt, whole wheat flour, bread flour, and yeast until well combined.
  2. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each into a 12-inch circle to fit a greased pizza pan.
  4. Place the dough on the pizza pan and pinch around the edges to form a small rim.
  5. Spread with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
