Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups fresh plum juice
  • 7 1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix Sure Jell and fresh plum juice together in a large pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a hard boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add all the sugar at once to the boiling mixture.
  4. Return to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil for 1 minute while stirring continuously.
  6. Remove the pot from heat.
  7. Skim off any foam from the surface.
  8. Pour the hot jelly into sterilized jars immediately.
