- Whip water, cornmeal, and salt together in a 3-quart microwave bowl until blended.
- Cover and cook on High for 5 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and whip until smooth, then recover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and whip again to incorporate.
- Recover and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Let stand for 1 minute, then whip in the grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Top with tomato sauce before serving.
