Ingredients

  • 32 oz. package hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 or 2 cups Polish sausage, diced
  • 1/4 cup hot picante sauce
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dump all ingredients except cheese into a large 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle Velveeta cheese evenly over the mixture.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
