Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can pork luncheon meat (Spam)
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the pork luncheon meat in a baking pan.
  2. Cut the meat into strips, but don't cut through the bottom.
  3. Spread prepared mustard between the slices.
  4. Cut the pineapple slices in half and arrange them between the meat slices.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
  6. Bake according to the manufacturer's directions.
