Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 4 potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 4 carrots, cut into pieces
  • onion to taste
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken breasts in a skillet if desired.
  2. Place the chicken in a baking dish and add chopped celery around it.
  3. Pour the cream of celery and cream of chicken soups over the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Add the cut potatoes, carrots, and chopped onion to the dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 1/2 hours until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
