Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups fruit, cut up and sweetened to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour, sugar, and milk to create a batter.
  3. Pour the melted butter into a baking dish.
  4. Spread the sweetened fruit evenly over the melted butter.
  5. Pour the batter over the fruit mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
