Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 4 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Boil the cabbage until almost tender.
  2. Heat a pan and coat it with olive oil. Brown the chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Drain the cabbage thoroughly and add it to the onion and garlic in the pan.
  4. Fry the cabbage until light brown, breaking up the flowerets.
  5. Add about a tablespoon of water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover the pan and let it simmer.
  7. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  8. Serve the cooked spaghetti topped with the cabbage mixture.
