Ingredients

  • 1 ring baloney
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook sliced onion until translucent.
  2. Add crushed garlic and crushed tomatoes to the skillet.
  3. Slice the baloney into thin slices and add to the skillet.
  4. Simmer the mixture for about 20 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the skillet.
  6. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
