Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry active yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
  2. Stir in sugar, salt, and oil. Add flour and beat vigorously about 20 strokes.
  3. Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Spread the dough on a greased pizza pan.
  5. Bake at 450°F for 8 minutes.
  6. Add your favorite sauce and toppings.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes more until golden and cooked.
