Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Grease muffin pans.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, egg, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into greased muffin pans, filling about two-thirds full.
  4. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and golden.
  5. Serve warm.
