A fun and sweet popcorn candy cake combining marshmallows, gumdrops, peanuts, and popcorn, perfect for parties or as a nostalgic treat for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 5 quarts popped popcorn
  • 24 oz. pkg. gumdrops
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt marshmallows, vegetable oil, and oleo until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine popped popcorn, gumdrops, and salted peanuts.
  3. Add the melted marshmallow mixture to the popcorn mixture and mix well.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. To unmold, dip the pan in hot water for 5 to 10 seconds.
