Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Chill custard cups for 2 hours.
  2. Sift flour and salt together.
  3. Mix eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture.
  5. Fill cold custard cups half full with the batter.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 45 to 60 minutes, starting with a cold oven.
