Ingredients

  • 2 pork steaks
  • 1 lb. pkg. bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown pork steaks in frying pan.
  2. Make stuffing with remaining ingredients.
  3. Put one pork steak on bottom. Add stuffing mixture and top with second pork steak.
  4. Bake at 300° for 3 hours.
