Instructions
- Salt and pepper the pork chops; brown them in oil.
- Place the browned chops in a shallow oven pan.
- Arrange the sliced potatoes on top and around the sides of the chops.
- Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle chopped onion on the chops and then dust with flour.
- Pour milk gently into the pan to almost cover the chops.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 325°F for 1 to 1½ hours.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes to brown.
