Ingredients

  • 4 lean pork chops, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  2. Mix Parmesan cheese with bread crumbs; pat onto the chops.
  3. Pan-fry chops until browned.
  4. Place chops in a baking dish.
  5. Add a small amount of water to prevent sticking.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
