Pork Cutlets Diane

Instructions
- Press each cutlet into 1-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle surfaces of cutlets with lemon pepper.
- Heat butter in heavy skillet and cook cutlets 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove meat to warm serving platter.
- Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to skillet.
- Cook, stirring with pan juices, until heated through. Pour sauce over the meat.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
