- Add chopped green onion and grated ginger to ground pork and mix well.
- Add shoyu, sake, sugar, ajinomoto, and eggs; mix thoroughly.
- Fry the eggs until cooked; then cool.
- Spread the pork mixture evenly over the cooled eggs.
- Roll the eggs and pork from both sides to form a log.
- Steam the rolled mixture for about 5 minutes on high heat, then reduce to low heat and steam for an additional 20 minutes.
