  • 4 to 6 pork hocks
  • 1 jar Northern beans
  • 1 can pork and beans

Instructions

  1. Boil the pork hocks in water for 20 minutes to remove excess grease.
  2. Place the boiled pork hocks into a crock-pot.
  3. Add the jar of Northern beans to the crock-pot.
  4. Cook on low all day or until the pork hocks are tender.
  5. When almost finished cooking, add the can of pork and beans.
