Kaki'S Original Quiche

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake the pastry crust until lightly golden, then set aside.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, whipping cream, minced onions, and minced garlic. Mix well.
- Layer crumbled bacon and shredded cheese in the baked pastry shell.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture over the bacon and cheese in the shell.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 300°F (150°C).
- Continue baking until the top is lightly browned, about 15 more minutes.
- Let stand for 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley flakes if desired.
