Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger

Instructions

  1. Place pork tenderloin in a glass dish.
  2. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, minced garlic, vinegar, ground ginger, and chopped candied ginger to make the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the meat.
  4. Marinate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
