- Saute thinly sliced pork in 3 tablespoons of olive oil until browned.
- Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- Saute sliced onions and red pepper in the same pan.
- Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the vegetables.
- Add the whole can of tomatoes to the pan and mix with the spices, onions, and pepper.
- Return the pork to the sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Serve the pork and sauce over fresh angel hair pasta.
