Ingredients

  • 1 roast
  • 1 can apple/cherry juice
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 8 small carrots
  • balsamic vinegar
  • sugar
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. chop up onions and put on bottom of crock pot
  2. place roast on top of onions
  3. add frozen apple juice, red peppers, carrots.
  4. cook on HI for 3 hours
  5. add balsamic vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. cook for other hour.
  6. yum
