- Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in shortening or oleo until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add eggs and milk; stir lightly with a fork.
- Form the mixture into a ball.
- Divide dough into 3 equal parts.
- Roll each part a little thinner than for pie crust.
- Lay rolled out dough on a greased cookie sheet.
- Cut into 1/2 to 1-inch squares.
- Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
