Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 block margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix according to the package directions.
  2. Press the prepared cake mix into a floured and greased long pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 3 eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the coconut and chopped nuts evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow the cake to cool before cutting into squares.
