Ingredients

  • 24 oz. package hash browns, thawed
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except potatoes.
  2. Add the thawed hash browns to the mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Sprinkle corn flakes cereal on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
