Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 squash, partially cooked and sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup crushed Ranch flavored potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.
  2. Partially cook and slice the squash.
  3. Layer the sliced squash in the casserole dish.
  4. Spread a layer of undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the squash.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of crushed Ranch flavored potato chips.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of potato chips.
  7. Top with grated cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
