Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 2 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Heat waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs with a rotary beater or mixer until fluffy.
  3. Beat in flour, oil, milk, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Stir in chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour batter onto the center of the hot waffle iron using the amount suggested by the manufacturer.
  6. Bake about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
