Potato-Corn Flake Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz. grated American cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Over heat combine soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion until well blended.
  2. Add potatoes and coat with mixture.
  3. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Combine corn flakes with melted oleo and top mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
