Potato-Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 large Potato- Boiled
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese- Softened
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs in halves and remove the yolk.
  2. Set the egg whites aside
  3. Mash the boiled potato with the egg yolk and mix thoroughly till you get a firm dough-like texture
  4. Now add salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and softened butter and cream cheese to the potato mix.
  5. Check the dough.
  6. If the dough is too soft, add a pinch of bread crumbs.
  7. If it's too dry, add cream cheese.
  8. Next, taste your dough.
  9. Adjust the taste according to your liking.
  10. Roll out small balls of the ball (small enough to fit in the egg white wholes) and place them on the egg whites.
  11. Sprinkle some Rosemary and Olive Oil on top and you are good to go!
  12. Enjoy!
