Potato-Egg Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
  • 6 boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon crisp and crumble.
  2. Brush a 2-quart casserole with bacon drippings.
  3. Layer potatoes, bacon and eggs in a dish.
  4. Blend soup, milk, onion and spices.
  5. Pour over potato mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake 25 minutes at 375°.
