Potato Lorraine

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Crumble bacon and set aside.
- In large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Stir potatoes and onion.
- Pour into buttered shallow 3 cup baking dish.
- Top with bacon and cheese.
- Dust with paprika.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Serves two.
