Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Brush both sides of each potato slice with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the slices in a single layer on cookie sheets.
  4. Bake in a 400°F oven for 7 minutes.
  5. Turn the potato slices over, brush with more oil, and bake for an additional 8 minutes or until tender.
