Potato-Nut Croquettes

Instructions
- Steam potatoes until tender; cool and peel.
- Make white sauce by blending together flour and water and cooking over medium heat until thick.
- Allow sauce to cool to room temperature.
- Mash potatoes and add sauce and blend well.
- Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
- Shape into patties and bake on pans that have been lightly sprayed with Pam at 350° until brown.
- Serve with gravy.
