  2. Pour enough milk over the potatoes to cover them.
  3. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Turn the pork chops after 30 minutes of baking.
