Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled and shredded
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or oleo
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

Instructions
