Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 3/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • vegetable oil
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Place potato wedges, cut sides down, on a rack in a broiler pan. Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  2. Broil with the tops about 3 inches from the heat until brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Turn the wedges, brush with oil again, and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  4. Broil until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Spoon sour cream onto the center of a large serving platter.
  6. Sprinkle the sour cream with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Arrange the potato wedges around the sour cream for serving.
