Potato Wraps

Instructions
- Wash potatoes and cut in fourths.
- Sprinkle each with a mixture of seasonings.
- Wrap one piece of bacon around each potato piece.
- Sprinkle with any remaining seasonings.
- Place in baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and potatoes are done at 400°.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve plain or with sour cream and chives.
- Recipe can be halved.
