Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes, cooked
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes, cool, peel, grate then set aside.
  2. Mix the next five ingredients.
  3. Add mixture to potatoes and mix well. Pour into lightly buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
