Cranberry Filled Stuffing Ring

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 c. coarsely chopped onions
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped celery
  • 4 c. corn bread crumbs
  • 4 c. white bread, torn into small pieces (5 slices)
  • 2 Tbsp. ground sage
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 14 1/2 oz. chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and celery and saute until tender.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine next 6 ingredients.
  5. Stir in onion mixture, eggs and chicken broth and set aside.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°.
