Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 cups Longhorn cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Cool the boiled potatoes and grate them.
  2. Mix the grated potatoes with the grated Longhorn cheese.
  3. Add the sour cream and salt; mix well.
  4. Stir in the grated onion.
  5. Place the mixture in a baking dish and dot the top with butter.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until a brown crust starts to form.
