Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut peeled raw potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Melt the margarine on a lipped cookie sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip the potato pieces in the melted margarine, then coat with the cheese and flour mixture.
