- Break up the meat; add seasonings and brown lightly.
- Layer meat, potatoes, onions, beans and catsup, beginning and ending with meat.
- Top with slices of bacon.
- Cover and bake at 375° for at least 60 minutes.
- Uncover and bake until potatoes test done. Serves 6.
