Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. catsup

Instructions

  1. Break up the meat; add seasonings and brown lightly.
  2. Layer meat, potatoes, onions, beans and catsup, beginning and ending with meat.
  3. Top with slices of bacon.
  4. Cover and bake at 375° for at least 60 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake until potatoes test done. Serves 6.
