Instructions
- Place roast, water, vinegar, salt and pepper in a slow cooking pot.
- Cover and cook at medium for 8 to 10 hours or until meat is very tender.
- Remove roast, discard cooking liquid.
- Shred roast by pulling meat apart with two forks.
- Return meat to cooking pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover and increase heat to medium high.
- Cook 30 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low for serving.
- Makes 16 servings.
