Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix together apricot jam, honey, steak sauce, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  2. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens.
  3. Apply the glaze to poultry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
