Ingredients

  • 1 c. chilled pineapple juice
  • 1 c. cracked ice
  • 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender at high speed until thick and foamy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into glasses.
  3. If desired, other fruits may be substituted for strawberries.
