Praline Bread Pudding

Instructions
- In a large bowl, add first 6 ingredients and blend well.
- Saute the pecans in melted butter for 5 minutes.
- When cooled down, add to bread mixture.
- Place bread mixture in a lightly buttered (or spray oil) pan in a 9 x 12-inch oblong cake pan (metal or Corning Ware).
- Fill 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350° in preheated oven for one hour (individual souffle dishes optional).
- Serves 16.
