- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
- Combine butter and brown sugar in a small, heavy saucepan.
- Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil.
- Boil for two minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped pecans.
- Spread the pecan mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Bake for 90 minutes.
- The topping will initially look bubbly and then will appear to set.
- Remove from oven and place on a rack to cool.
- While still warm, cut crackers in half with a sharp knife.
- Store in a tightly covered container for up to two weeks.
