Ingredients

  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups whole pecans

Instructions

  2. Beat egg white with a dash of salt lightly in an electric mixer.
  3. Beat in sugar and vanilla until the mixture is light and smooth.
  4. Stir in whole pecans.
  5. Drop spoonfuls from a teaspoon onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
