Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 2/3 cup oleo
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Put crushed vanilla wafers in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Melt unsweetened chocolate in 2/3 cup oleo.
  3. Stir in yogurt and 2 beaten egg yolks.
  4. Add chopped pecans and vanilla.
  5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  6. Pour mixture over the wafers and chill until firm.
  7. Top with softened vanilla ice cream.
  8. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped pecans.
  9. Drizzle with Chocolate Fudge Sauce.
  10. Cover and freeze until firm.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
